Since every shirt is made to order, please allow 5–7 business days for production. After dispatch, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days and express takes 2–3 business days. All shipping is free across India.

All our shirts are made to order — cut and stitched specifically for you — so we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to measure carefully using our in-page guide, or reach out before ordering and we will help you get it right.

If your shirt arrives with a manufacturing defect or a significant deviation from your measurements, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a remake or alteration at no charge.

Yes — your first alteration is completely free. If minor adjustments are needed after you receive the shirt, get in touch and we will arrange it.

Each product page has a built-in measurement guide with a diagram and step-by-step instructions for all 7 measurements. If you are still unsure, contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, production begins and we may not be able to make changes. Contact us immediately if you need to adjust anything.

Linen shirts should be hand-washed or machine-washed on a gentle cycle in cold water. Giza cotton shirts can be machine-washed on a normal cycle. Avoid tumble drying — hang to dry and iron while slightly damp for best results.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime through your account dashboard.
